Recipe For Stuffed Mushroom


15 medium/large mushrooms

Olive oil



For the cheese filling: whipped cream cheese

Grated Monterey Jack cheese

Crumbled Feta cheese freshly chopped parsley (optional)

Sweet Paprika (optional)

For the sprinkle: Bread crumbs

Finely grated Parmesan cheese

For decorating: Chopped parsley


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Remove stems from mushrooms and clean them. Use a spoon to remove the mushrooms gills (black part). Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. In a bowl mix together cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, feta cheese and parsley. Season with paprika if desired.

  3. Fill mushroom caps with filling.

  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bread crumbs.

  5. Bake until mushrooms are soft and the tops are golden, about 20 minutes.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
